The staff at Sid's jumped through hoops to help me get the medicine I needed when the insurance company was less than speedy with a prior approval. Dixie, a pharmacy tech, helped me be able to communicate with my insurance, worked with my doctor and his nurse, and their staff pharmacist. Best customer service anyone could ask for. I was in desperate need and they came through for me. I've had interactions in the past with one other person there that were not the finest, but the diligence they showed here more than made up for that. Convenient refills, and supporting a local business. Give them a try.

Thanks to friends' recommendations, I started using Sid's Pharmacy not long after moving to Pullman 7 years ago. The entire staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and speedy--I wouldn't go to a major chain pharmacy if they paid me to switch. From the owner to the pharmacists to the pharmacy techs, everyone treats customers like me as individuals, which is exactly what you want from a pharmacy. And lastly, they stock great candy & cards, too!
